Still no order after a month of waiting...
This is the slowest I have ever recieved an item from a company. I ordered thinking it would take 7 working days and it has been a month now and I am still yet to receive the goods. I have chased several times and they have done very little to explain why there is a delay and haven't done anything to speed it up or compensate me. I won't be using their service again. In order to compete with the likes of Amazon and Etsy they have got to do better.

I bought some curtains on 7th January 2022 - can't complain about the service - received curtains as promised; the curtains weren't suitable and this is where it all goes wrong ... I returned the curtains and have proof they were received back at the warehouse ... I am still waiting for my refund nearly 6 months later. I have chased the refund several times but advised the system was down and there would be a delay. I have now threatened raising a dispute via the credit card company ... still no refund. Draw your own conclusions from that !!

I must say I was scared I will lose my money after reading all these bad reviews. But it was not the case. I have placed two orders on the 4th and on the 6th of July and had the parcels with me today. both of them. I have been updated throughout about my packs. I do not know about returns but definitely I got my orders in just over a week. And must say what I have ordered it is of a very good quality (I have ordered children clothes and baby bedding). Please do not be put off about bad reviews. AND THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!

Extremely poor customer service. I returned some products a month ago, and tracking indicates that it was delivered, but Vertbaudet just ignores it. It has happened before.
Unfortunately, they don't care about their consumers at all, even though the outfits are nice.
I now have to fight for my refund. Such a waste of time; I'll never place another order with them

Don’t buy from these people
Don’t buy from these people! It’s a scam. Took my money on day of order and after 7 days, order is still not processed. I’ve just queried my order and all I get is ‘We will reply as soon as possible’, which will probably be never.

Unable to place an order
Unable to place an order. Website no longer accepts payment by Mastercard, rang Verbaudet UK phone number where after welcome message you get shunted off to white noise when they try to tell you how long you will have to wait. So rang Mastercard who advised that the website is flagged as not complying with current financial regulations for protecting card holders from fraud as it is unable to process extra steps now required to ensure card holder is using the card.

I will never use this company again! I ordered a birthday present which I though would be delivered within 7-10 working days as it clearly states on the website! I even gave a few days buffer and I still haven't received the delivery! Nor have o received any notification or communication from the company! I am still waiting! This is such a bad company!

Terrible customer service and delivery times
Still waiting on delivery of an item 2 weeks after purchase. When you advertise delivered in 7 business days then it is to be expected within 7 days. When contacting customer service at verbaudet I'm told they dispatched within 7 days and so take no responsibility now.
I ordered in time for my daughters birthday based on the websites delivery claim and her present still has not arrived despite her birthday having been and gone.
I usually check reviews before I buy but I had been recommended by someone. More fool me for not checking anyway. Its been over a week since it was apparently dispatched and it still has not arrived in the UK yet fro the ware house in France. But in that time I've had a parcel arrive from Australia. Disgraceful.
Bought a baby change bag in September
Bought a baby change bag in September, baby came end of January, so been using it since then. Zip is now faulty and won't fasten, they're not interested as it only has a 6 month guarantee, even tho I didn't use it for 4 months. Expensive change bag to last so little time. Save your money and go to Primark instead.

Still chasing a refund of over £83 over a month after returning items.
I am ordered some bedding then realised it was the wrong size and tried to cancel my order within five minutes. Was told that my order could not be cancelled and I should just refuse delivery. This I did. A month later I am still requesting a refund of over £83 from Vertbaudet. They acknowledge I am owed a refund but nothin has been paid into my account from Vertbaudet.
Be careful when ordering online from this company. You need to chase them for refunds ! I am still waiting for my money back !

Awfully slow
Awfully slow. Ordered 6 days ago and was told delivery would be today. I'm still waiting....
Should have read the reviews on this company as I would have realised not to waste time or money purchasing from them.
Very poor delivery times & customer service
They’re very quick at taking your money, they’re very slow to deliver your goods, delivery times not as advertised, not fair trading, I won’t be shopping with them again, after I submitted this review, my delivery sped up, I now have my order, they’re good quality clothes at a reasonable price, they need to work on delivery times or make it clearer what the expectation is
Products are great but delivery is a hassle
Compensation and support following more than twice the guaranteed delivery date delay are disappointing - This has huge impact on my recovery from c-section as I was expecting the post natal belt. Would not order again from them if really need the item by a definite date no matter how far in time needed

Ordered on the 3rd June and still…
Ordered on the 3rd June and still haven’t received! Phoned last week and was told it’s being sent on Friday 17th. It’s now Wednesday 22nd and still not parcel.
I was so desperate for this item and wished I had ordered else where.
I would avoid this company if you want you item quickly.
